If we did not issue your passport then you need to contact the organisation that did issue it (this information is normally contained on the front page of the passport) for further advice. When you change address the law states you have just 30 days to notify the organisation that issued the passport. Whilst we do not penalise owners for applying late, owners who are stopped by Trading Standards would be liable to a fine if their details are not correct. Our advice is to update your address straight away! Our Registered Owner Service (option in top left hand menu) allows you to notify us of a Change Of Address without the need to post the passport to us.
