An Identifier is someone that has been recommended to us by a veterinary surgeon and who has shown to us that they can complete silhouettes to a high standard. We currently have 168 identifiers around the country. Identifiers are not employed by the Horse Passport Agency. They are individuals who have been recommended to the Horse Passport Agency by a veterinary surgeon and have shown that they can complete silhouettes to a high standard.
