Pleasure Horse Society Passports
 
 

On December 23rd 2010 the Horse Passport Agency Ltd purchased the rights to maintain all 41,000 Pleasure Horse Society (PHS) passports. No new PHS passports are being issued.

If you have purchased a horse with a PHS passport download a change of ownership form.

If the passport is recorded in your name but you have moved house please download a change of address form.

Complete the form and return it and the passport with the correct fee to:
