If your application has been sent back it will be accompanied with a letter explaining the reasons why. Please read the letter carefully and follow its instructions. Listed below are some common reasons for returns:
1. The animal has not been microchipped in line with new legislation or the microchip details do not appear to have been verified by a veterinary surgeon.
2. The silhouette has not been completed properly - the most common reason is that the white on the legs have not been drawn from all three views (right, left, rear).
3. Your application shows that the animal is registered with a breed society; we recommend that you get your passport from that society as our ID Passport does not record breed or pedigree.
