It can only be used for animals with a Horse Passport Agency issued passport. The main benefit for using the site is that you don�t have to post the passport to us. This means that you have it available for inspection if you are competing or transporting your horse. Using this system removes the risk of passports (which may include valuable vaccination information) getting lost in the post and it saves you the cost of a stamp! Once you have submitted the information we send you an email confirming that we have debited your account and have received your request. We then contact the last recorded owner to confirm that they have sold the animal. You are then sent a receiept label to attach to the passport page to show you have recorded the change of ownership with us. The cost for notifying us on line is �12.50 (including VAT) per horse. To successfully submit an application: You must have agreed to our Terms & Conditions. The animal must have a passport issued by the Horse Passport Agency. This passport must be in front of you when you make the online notification. A credit or debit card recorded at your address. We will be asking you to enter your card details directly onto the HSBC Secure e-Payments website.
